This policy describes how Quarterdeck Marina, Inc. handles information for its online ordering site and staff order alerts.
Information we collect
When you place an order or book the boat ramp, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, order details, and requested pickup or arrival time. If you create an account, we store your username, a protected password hash, favorites, and associated orders.
Stripe collects payment card details on its hosted checkout page. Quarterdeck receives payment status and transaction references for online payments. Full card numbers and security codes are entered on Stripe’s checkout page.
For staff SMS alerts, we use the mobile number of the staff member who agrees to receive them and retain a record of that consent. The ordering site uses session cookies for sign-in and browser storage to save your bag and resume a pending checkout.
How we use information
We use information to process and fulfill orders and bookings, provide support, manage accounts and favorites, send order updates when available, notify enrolled staff, and maintain security and business records.
Service providers and disclosures
Our hosting, payment, and messaging providers process information as needed to operate the site, take payments, and deliver requested notifications. We may disclose information when required by law. SMS consent is specific to Quarterdeck Order Alerts.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This includes sharing with affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
